We’re looking for passionate current or former collegiate athletes who want to pour into the next generation of catchers. This isn’t just work — it’s hype, mentorship, and being part of something bigger.

 

  • Retreat Dates:

    • Jan 1–2, 2026 (Foundational 2-Day, 8U–10U)

    • Jan 2–4, 2026 (Advanced 3-Day, 12U–College)

  • Location: Orange County, CA

  • Roles: On-field coaching, breakout sessions, athlete mentorship, behind-the-scenes operations, and yes — keeping the energy high all weekend long.
