Cancellation Policy
Lesson Booking Policy All lesson purchases are final and non-refundable. Please confirm your availability before booking. Single & Trial Lessons: Cancellations are permitted for notification purposes only. Lessons cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited toward another booking. Missed lessons are forfeited. 5-Class Package: Package purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations are permitted for notification purposes only. Once booked, lessons cannot be rescheduled or credited back to the package. Missed lessons are forfeited. All five package lessons must be booked and completed within the 12-week validity period. Unused lessons expire when the package expires.
