Two days. Same JSC standard. New location.
• WHO IT’S FOR: ages 8+; not beginner-focused; grouped by age and level
• CORE TRAINING: receiving, framing, blocking, exchanges, throwing, game awareness
• LEADERSHIP: presence, communication, confidence under pressure
• MOBILITY + RECOVERY: built into daily structure
• GOAL SETTING: define your standards + leave with a plan
• STAFF + RATIO: Jen + JSC staff; 6:1 player-to-coach ratio
• COMMUNITY: high-level athletes, high standards, competitive environment
• WORKLOAD: 10+ hours across two days

• Full gear: helmet, chest, leg guards, glove
• Shoes: turf or tennis (no metal cleats)
• Extras: batting gloves, towel, snacks
• Hydration: large water bottle
• Notebook + pen
• Meds/inhaler if needed
• Waiver completed before check-in
• Label all gear
