This group lesson focuses on throwing mechanics and arm care. Catchers are filmed during instruction and receive real-time video breakdown and feedback with a coach during class. Designed to support healthy, efficient throwing mechanics and long-term arm development.
Cancellation Policy
Trial Class Policy Trial class bookings are non-refundable. Due to limited availability, trial sessions may not be rescheduled or transferred. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, the booking fee will be forfeited.
